Agriculture Deputy Director Shri UP Traditional DAP (Dia-Amonium phosphate) is now more beneficial to the use of NPK (nitrogen, phosphorus, potash) and nano technology-based manure instead of fertilizer. Let us let you know that DAP has only two nutrients – nitrogen and phosphorus. Potash is also very important for plants to grow. NPK fertilizer improves plant growth along with nitrogen, phosphorus and potash.
A better product at a lower cost
The use of NPK fertilizers does not require farmers to buy different potash separately. It reduces their overall cost and increases the product. Also, the soil is breeding, which is good for the crop.
Use a single super phosphate (SSP)
It is more beneficial to use single super phosphate (SSP) and NPK fertilizer instead of DAP. SSP supplies sulfur in the soil, which requires the health of the crops. The crop is more beneficial so that it should be kept during field preparation.
Phosphorus error in DAP
Phosphorus in DAP manure does not reach the whole plants. Of these, only 39% of phosphorus is dissolved in water. The rest of the phosphorus accumulates in the soil, causing the soil to become tight and dry. This reduces the capacity of the water and affects the farm.
Fertilizer instructions for special crops
- The use of NPK manure for Shankar Rice and Shankar Mecca is very beneficial.
- NPK and sulfur should be given in the ratio of 80:40:30 in pulses and oilseed crops.
