Delhi Yamuna River – Yamuna water can drink up to the next Lok Sabha elections
The Delhi government and the Ministry of Hydro Electricity have created a new model for cleaning the Yamuna River. Under this, it is said that the Yamuna River is capable of drinking water before the next Lok Sabha elections. Prime Minister Modi has targeted that the Yamuna River will be bathed in the next one and a half years and that the Yamuna River will be drinking water three years later.
Prime Minister Modi made this statement at a meeting with Home Minister Amit Shah and Jala Shakti Minister. Home Minister Amit Shah Yamuna will monitor the clean project.
Where is the cleaning work?
Currently, the third round of the Yamuna River is cleaning up. Cleaning the river is run with machinery, which will soon be completed. Thereafter, the bottoms of the river will be cleaned by excavation so that the river flows into the river.
The SDPS will soon be done to clean the drainage water. The process of providing tenders for these SDPs is in the final stage. In the SDP, the dirty water of the drains can be cleaned and treated before the Yamuna falls, so that the harmful chemical and the dirt can be separated from the dirt.
500 volunteers are also recruited for the Yamuna cleaning process, which stands on the banks of the river Yamuna, and will prevent people from throwing dirt/worship items in Yamuna and will be aware of them.
9 hours of sanitation work in Yamuna every day. The 140 cubic meters are extracted daily. Jalcolis have been cleaned in several places, including Sonia Vihar and Vajrabad Bridge. For this purpose, the TRES Skimmer, Robot Trace and Explorer are used.
Cleaning in Mission Mode …
With the formation of the BJP government in Delhi, the central government showed intensity of the purity of Yamuna and started paper work. Along with this, the machines were also started in Yamuna. According to sources, the Ministry of Trade Union Water Power has begun working in Mission Mode under the instructions of Prime Minister Modi. The cleaning of Yamuna in a series has begun in Mission mode.
Such machines are used in the Yamuna clean project, which are involved in the exclusion of the Yamuna area in Delhi. 45 days have been fixed to remove the post. Of these, 20 days of work was over.
The Minister of Hydro CR Patil is constantly sitting and monitoring this.
