This government gives a subsidy of Rs.30000 to buy a domestic cow, which is the condition of natural farming in one acre

Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Minister Shyam Singh Rana said the state government is focusing on awareness and training programs for farmers and officials in the first phase of the Natural Agricultural Scheme. In the second stage, there will be extensive steps for authentication, branding/packaging and marketing of natural farm products. In addition, the state government adds Hafed and Haryana Agro Industries Corporation (HAIC) with agricultural production organizations/natural agricultural groups, helping farmers to get better prices for their natural production products.
The Agriculture Minister said he would give a wide variety of grants and incentives to promote farmers in the state towards natural farming. He informed that the farmer has been given Rs 3,000 for the purchase of 4 drums for storage/processing of raw materials. Similarly, farmers who receive natural farming in 2 acres or more areas have been given a subsidy of Rs.25000 on the purchase of local cow, which has now increased from 2025 to Rs 30000 (1 acres). The farmer has a clause of Rs 20,000 (25 farmers based on operations) for packaging and branding of products naturally produced.

Natural farm promotion in Haryana
The Agriculture Minister said that the Government of India has nominated the Haryana State Seed Certification Agency for the authentication of natural agricultural products. The state government has set up a committee to encourage farmers to learn/stabilization of MSP for natural farming products or to compensate for the loss of yields at the beginning of adopting natural agriculture. The government is training farmers
Shyam Singh Rana said that the state government has launched a large -scale awareness campaign, farmer seminars, workshops, natural agricultural festivals, officials and farmers’ exposure. Since 2022, 720 farmer seminars, 22 workshops and state level fair have been organized and more than 35,000 farmers participated in these programs. He has more information that the methods of natural agriculture are very different from the present chemical -based farming, so farmers need extensive training in view of the challenges in adopting the new system.
In view of this, the state government has set up four training centers in Gurukul-Kurukshetra, Hamthi-Jind, Gharanda-Karnal and Mangiana-Sirsa to increase the awareness and training skills of farmers and agriculture officials. Since 2022, 9707 participants have been trained. Trainees include young farmers, women and government employees. Apart from this, Hampi-Jind has given online training to 6,234 sarpanchs in the state.
Shyam Singh Rana said that 1,77,892 farmers were interested in natural farming and registered themselves in a natural farm portal for 2,63,979 acres. Of these, 10474 farmers have been confirmed to adopt natural farming in 16800 acres.
1 lakh acres of natural farming goal

The Agriculture Minister said that the state government is making every effort to improve the health and economic situation of the state of the state while expressing its commitment to pay special attention to natural agriculture in the state.
