Natural farming should be promoted in Himachal Pradesh, CM Sukhu officials have been instructed

The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh has instructed the authorities to promote natural agriculture in the state. In fact, CM Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu on Saturday directed the officials of the Agriculture Department to make concret attempts to promote natural agriculture in Himachal Pradesh. Sukhu, who chaired the Agriculture Department meeting, said that all the department, Zika and Etima officials should reach the farmers. Also, farmers should provide important assistance in adopting natural farming. Its verification should be provided.

Panchayat wise camp

He ordered the panchayat -wice camp to confirm the registration of farmers in the natural farming program. He said that accountability in this regard would be resolved at every level to get concrete results. He instructed the APMC presidents to actively inspire and help the farmers in this direction. He urged all APMCs to install a high -level pit for the purchase of brown, maize and raw yellow.

Farmers come with high quality seeds

“The purchase of naturally grown wheat has already begun. The state government is giving farmers Rs 60 to farmers for their products,” he said. The Sukhu Agriculture Department has advised farmers to provide high quality seeds to natural farming. “In an attempt to strengthen government forms to promote natural agriculture, the Agriculture Department has developed three model forms, including the Bhattu farm in Kangra district, Bharati-bottle in Sirmour district and Barati-bottle in Solan district.

CM Agricultural Marketing Board has taken stock

CM Sukhu said such model forms will be set up in the coming period. At the meeting, he also reviewed the progress of the ongoing projects in the state’s defense agriculture (CA) shop. He emphasized that these CA stores are important in obtaining beneficial prices for farmers and gardeners. “The state government is setting up the CA shops in Kanduri, Ditrai and Bihavanagar in Kanduri and Bahavanagar in Kanduri district and Sayon district in Kanduri district and Sayon district.”

The state government has allocated Rs 330 crore for this purpose. Sukhu has also reviewed the Zika project of Rs 1,010 crore in all 12 districts of the state and also reviewed the various projects of the Himachal Pradesh Agricultural Marketing Board and provided the necessary guidelines.
