There are allegations of borrowing 9 crores
A case has been registered against 53 people, including 53 people, including Maharashtra BJP minister Radhakrishna Wikhe Patil and the sugar mill directors, for taking a loan of about Rs 9 crore in the name of farmers. The matter was registered at the police station in Ahilyanagar district on the orders of the court, an official said.
The accused include Padma Sri Vikhe Patil Patil Cooperative Factory (Cooperative Sugar Mill) and Union Bank of India and Bank of India officials. The complaint was submitted by Balasaheb Wikhe, a member of the cane farmer and co -operative sugar mill.
There was a disturbance in 2004
According to the complaint, these manipulations took place in 2004. The then Mill Chairman and Directors prepared a loan proposal using fake documents in the name of members and farmers. With the help of bank officials, he alleged that he received a loan of Rs 3.11 crore and Rs 5.74 crore.
Also received a loan waiver scheme
The complaint is said in the complaint that the loan has never been deposited in the accounts of the farmers, whose name is submitted. Instead, Sugar Mill officials and bank employees seized the money. The accused also took advantage of the government agricultural loan waiver scheme.
In the petition filed under Section 156 (3) of the Criminal Procedure Code, the police court ordered the police to start action, and then the crime was registered under the relevant departments of the Indian penalty. This department gives the magistrate the right to order a police inquiry into an unknown crime.
BJP minister’s resignation demand
Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesman Sushma Andher said that Vikhe Patil should resign immediately demanding that the FIR be registered. He told reporters on Tuesday that it was a shame for the government.
