Strict action on the orders of the Chief Minister … 51 dealers and 28 Artos, Find out the reason – why the action taken on 51 dealers and 28 Arto is why Yogi Sarkar is stringent.

In Uttar Pradesh, a large pole of negligence and irregularity in the vehicle registration process is open. The Transport Department has issued an event to 51 vehicle vendors and 28 assistant regional transport officers (Arto) across the state. The move was taken under a statewide campaign on the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

According to the news agency, the Transport Department reviewed the dealership registration data registered in the ‘vehicle 4.0’ portal from January to March 2025. Many such shortcomings have been revealed in this analysis, making it clear that not only the dealer, but also the department officials, are actively neglected in accordance with registration processes. The things that revealed the investigation are not only stunning but also the public interest:

Vehicle distribution is done before registering

In many cases, the distributors provided the vehicle to customers before the vehicle ended. This process is against the rules, which may cause vehicle owners into legal digestion.

High abuse in the documents

Many times in the uploaded documents, the information was found to be incomplete, vague or incapable. Because of this, applications were constantly rejected, but distributors did not improve them. At the same time, many distributors made the same mistakes again after the department had returned the application, which was long.

Delay in obtaining RC (Registration Certificate): Due to documentary irregularities and negligence, many vehicle owners have a timely RC.

Lucknow merchants surrounded

Based on these irregularities, a total of 51 dealers, including a major vehicle dealer from Lucknow, have been given a reason for the announcement, the Transport Department said. They have been asked to provide satisfactory answers within 14 days. If the appropriate explanation is not found at the time of the fixed time, the process of suspending or canceling their trade certificate will begin.

Arto officials also fell

Not only the dealer, but also the purpose of sectoral negligence is great. The investigation revealed that several Assistant Regional Transport Officers (Arto) did not properly review the application, or no action was taken against negligent vendors. Many files are pending, and many defective applications are recognized. For all these reasons, the department has issued 28 Arto notifications throughout the state, so that further disciplinary action can be taken based on their answers.

Severe news from the Transport Commissioner

Transport Commissioner Brijesh Narayan Singh made it clear that the highest priority of the department would provide the public with time, transparent and disturbed services. Although the dealer or officer has a part in disturbing the system, strict action will be taken against him. He added that the vehicle registration service is directly connected to the common citizens. In such a situation, no level of indifference will be tolerated. Strict punishment has been set for not to follow sector orders.
