Began in the year 2024
In view of the economic development of the farmers, the Bihar government launched a seed spice scheme in 2024. Under this scheme, farmers who cultivate cilantro and phenugrinks will be subsidized up to 50 %. The state horticulture department said the government aims to help farmers to make more money by paying money to increase cilantro and fenGricks. Seed spicy scheme is being run in all 38 districts of Bihar. Farmers receive at least 0.25 acres (0.1 hectares) and a maximum of 10 acres (4 hectares) to take advantage of this scheme.
Subsidy of up to 30 thousand rupees
According to this subsidy scheme of the Bihar government, farmers are subsidizing up to Rs 30,000 per hectare, and farmers can make good benefits by cultivating crops such as coriander and phoenugrec. At the same time, farmers are taught to increase cilantro and fenGricks in a more sophisticated manner so that they can benefit more.
